Christine graduated from Naropa University with her Masters in in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling. She has completed the Hakomi Professional Skills One training.
The thread that has woven Christine's many pursuits in life is people. Her background as a design strategist guides her to cultivate an intimate, safe space for others to feel seen, heard, and understood. As a yoga therapist, she integrates yoga philosophies and practices as a way to support her client's overall wellbeing.
Christine's person-centered and embodied approach focuses on the here-and-now while weaving together all parts of a person and their ever-changing relationship with the world. She enjoys supporting individuals on their path of self-discovery in order to foster genuine relationships with self, others, and the world.
In addition to her work life, Christine has a passion for yoga, herbalism, traveling, reading, running, and exploring the beauty of nature with her pup Juniper.
Christine accepts the following insurance: Medicare, Aetna, Regence BCBS, MODA, OHP (CareOregon), Cigna, Pacific Source, United, and Optum. She offers therapy via Telehealth and in-person.
