STEF NAGORKA (SHE/THEY)
Graduate Student Intern, Portland State University
Stef integrates principles from Hakomi mindfulness based somatic therapy with person centered counseling, expressive arts therapy and dreamwork within a culturally responsive, family systems and attachment based framework. Grounded in unconditional acceptance, kindness, intuition and empathy, Stef’s approach is open hearted, with a commitment to being fully present with you. Stef works with all age groups — from children to adults and elders — in transition and/or experiencing anxiety, trauma symptoms and loss. She embraces your uniqueness with unconditional positive regard to the all of you. Working with Stef is a collaboration where together a connection forms and space is created for healing, a safe empathic space to explore and deepen self understanding. She offers sessions in person and virtually.
