Amy offers a grounded, compassionate space for individuals and couples seeking deeper connection, healing, and self-understanding. Drawing from psychodynamic psychotherapy and Hakomi, she supports clients in exploring emotional patterns, attachment wounds, and relational dynamics with curiosity, warmth, and care. Her approach is collaborative, relational, and mindfulness-based, helping clients deepen self-awareness, strengthen connection, and move toward greater healing and authenticity.
