Cat works with adults and children navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and challenges with self-acceptance and connection. Her approach is warm, playful, and grounded in mindfulness and self-compassion, helping clients develop a kinder relationship with themselves while creating meaningful change. Cat is an EMDR-trained clinician whose practice incorporates mindfulness, Sand Tray, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing. She also delights in working and playing with children aged 6 to 10 years old, utilizing Sand Tray and Play Therapy to help clients process trauma, enhance growth, and deepen confidence and self-acceptance.
