DESCRIPTION
Miranda believes life moves in waves, with periods of ease, challenge, and change. She offers a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can navigate difficult experiences, strengthen trust in themselves, and find their own way forward. As a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student intern, Miranda’s approach is grounded in person-centered and feminist theories and honors each client’s lived experience, strengths, and autonomy. She is also beginning her training in Hakomi, bringing mindfulness and attention to the mind-body connection into her work.
