DESCRIPTION
Eve works primarily with young adults navigating trauma, attachment wounds, parentification, and the lasting impact of growing up without consistent emotional support. Her approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and relational, with an emphasis on creating safety and trust within the therapeutic relationship. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy, and somatic approaches, Eve helps clients understand and reconnect with parts of themselves that may have been pushed aside or difficult to accept, building greater self-compassion, connection, and emotional freedom.
