DESCRIPTION

Erin works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and disconnection from themselves. Her approach is warm, experiential, and grounded in helping clients reconnect with their own inner wisdom and develop greater self-understanding. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, Attachment Theory, and Nonviolent Communication, Erin helps clients explore patterns with curiosity and compassion while moving toward greater balance, authenticity, and connection.
