Briana works with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, trauma, intimacy concerns, changing identities, and disconnection. Her approach is warm, grounded, and person-centered, helping clients understand the emotions, needs, and patterns underlying conflict. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and other relational approaches, Briana helps clients strengthen emotional bonds, communicate with greater openness and compassion, and move from conflict toward connection.
