DESCRIPTION
Courtney works with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and difficulties with boundaries and assertiveness. She is particularly interested in helping clients identify limiting beliefs and patterns that may be keeping them disconnected from themselves or the life they want to create. Her approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in self-awareness and authenticity. Courtney helps clients explore how past experiences, relationships, and societal expectations have shaped the way they see themselves, while building greater confidence, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of personal agency.
