Marisa works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, existential concerns, and life transitions. Her approach is grounded in mindfulness, compassion, and helping clients reconnect with themselves during periods of stress, uncertainty, or change. Drawing from Mindfulness-Based Therapy, ACT, existential, and other evidence-based approaches, Marisa helps clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and confidence in navigating their lives with greater intention and authenticity.
