GROUP
THERAPY
Group therapy is
where you gather
your allies
It’s where people (messy, brave, real people) show up to see and be seen. It’s a space to say the things that don’t fit into small talk. A place to listen, to heal, and to rise together, side by side.
…where vulnerability isn’t a weakness, it’s a strategy. Connection is the mission. And the healing? It’s mutual.
We gather around themes that hit close to home: connection, grief, LGBTQIA+ identity, big transitions, and the sticky in-betweens. We welcome BIPOC voices, gender-expansive experiences, and those who carry the weight of spiritual burnout, political disillusionment, or the quiet ache of not belonging.
Led by clinicians who bring deep presence and strong boundaries, these groups offer a rare kind of safety, the kind where you can go deep without unraveling. A space where you’re held, not fixed.
Right now, all groups are full. (Turns out, people really want this kind of space.) But new circles are forming. Ask your therapist or check back here soon.
When the time is right, we’ll hold the door open for you, cape, baggage, battle scars and all.
