Drawing on yoga, breathwork, and somatic therapy, she helps clients find steadiness and self-compassion through life’s many transitions: from parenting and anxiety to loss and new beginnings. With nearly 20 years supporting the perinatal community, Eden creates a gentle space where healing unfolds naturally.
