Amy offers a grounded, compassionate space for individuals and couples seeking deeper connection, healing, and self-understanding. Drawing from psychodynamic psychotherapy, Hakomi, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, she supports clients in exploring emotional patterns, attachment wounds, and relational dynamics with curiosity, warmth, and care. Her approach is collaborative, relational, and mindfulness-based, helping clients deepen self-awareness, strengthen connection, and move toward greater healing and authenticity.
