Ash is a Board Certified Music Therapist and counseling intern who believes healing is everyone’s birthright. With experience supporting clients across ages and levels of care, she brings a steady, compassionate presence to work with depression, anxiety, trauma, disordered eating, and grief. Her approach is holistic and creative, blending mindfulness, experiential therapies, Gestalt, parts work, and expressive arts to honor the full complexity of being human.
